Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. Notify Abdulatif Ghrir, Eisenacher Straße 2a, 80804 Munich, kontakt@coachlatif.com, clearly by email or letter. Sending before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects

We refund payments within 14 days of receiving an effective notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. For services you expressly requested to begin during the withdrawal period, statutory compensation for services already supplied may apply. For digital content without a physical medium, the right ends only when the statutory conditions, including express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the right, are fulfilled.
